I am Aalok N Verma, Futures & Options Trader by Profession & Passion, Adventure Enthusiast by Heart and Nature lover by Soul. I trade full-time in the Futures & Options Market. I have gained multiple certifications like Investment Advisor Level1 and Level2, Mutual Fund Distributor Certification, Equity Derivatives Certification from NISM as well as successfully completed course on Technical Analysis from Bombay Stock Exchange Institute.Futures & Options (F&O) trading is a very well-established, big-time business in developed markets providing steady career to millions. This is fast gaining a lot of traction in India too and a lot of people in India have already made a successful career in this field. This is without doubt one of the most rewarding career choices. Years of trading experience, & my appetite for learning have helped me become a consistently profitable trader. In terms of my professional background, I have been into corporate life for about two decades. My last corporate assignment was Head of Learning and Development (or Training) function for a large scale organization wherein I was taking care of trainings for about 15000 employees spread across more than 15 countries.
I am also an Associated Person (previously called sub-broker) for IIFL securities. IIFL is one of the leading financial service providers in India offering a wide spectrum of services including Wealth Management, Financial Advisory and Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, Financial Product Distribution, Institutional Equities and more.
More importantly I have been an active stock market participant for about 18 years. I got introduced to F&O and Options somewhere around year 2005 and got attracted to it immediately. Over the years my interest for this segment has only intensified! Since as a person I see a lot of value in regular and structured learning, hence the years I have continuously tried to up-skill myself by reading a number of related books, attending webinars and workshops, gaining relevant certifications etc., besides learning every day from the real-life experiences by trading in the markets.
